kek carot toppng cheese

yummy sedapkan dapat makan kek karot yg topingnya cheese ni. dan bertambah-tambah lagi la naiknya timbangan he he tapi kan karot ni bagus utk mata ye tak ha ha sayangnye budak2@ anak2 dara dan terunaku tak suka pulak hu hu tu yg sedey sikit... ada masa nanti nak letak resepi kat sini pulak sbagai rujukan akan datang. sebenarnya byk resepi yg duk jumpa macam2 adaena be tapi yg ni elok sedapnye hasil carian resepi dari blog http://www.joyofbaking.com/
  1. berkenanlah ngan resepi kek karot yg sedap ni .leh coba ....copy kat sini sbagai rujukan tq JOYOFBAKING.COM 
  • 1 cup (100 grams) pecans or walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped 3/4 pound 
  • (340 grams) raw carrots (about 2 1/2 cups finely grated) 
  • 2 cups (280 grams) all-purpose flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 4 large eggs 1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar 
  • 1 cup (240 ml) safflower, vegetable or canola oil 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract Note: For a moister carrot cake, add 1/2 cup of crushed pineapple (well drained) or applesauce to the batter when you add the oil and vanilla extract.
  • You may have to bake the cake a few minutes longer. Note: This cake can be baked in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch (23 x 33 x 5 cm) pan. Just increase the baking time to between 30 to 40 minutes 
  • Cream Cheese Frosting: 
  • 1/4 cup (57 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature 8 ounces (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature 
  • 2 cups (230 grams) confectioners (powdered or icing) sugar, sifted 1 teaspoon (4 grams) pure vanilla extract finely grated lemon zest of one lemon Garnish: (Optional) 
  • 1 cup (100 grams) toasted and finely chopped walnuts or pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. 
  • Butter or spray two - 9 x 2 inch (23 x 5 cm) cake pans and line the bottoms of the pans with a circle of parchment paper. Toast the pecans or walnuts for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant. Let cool and then chop coarsely.
  • Peel and finely grate the carrots. Set aside. 
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside. 
  • In bowl of electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the eggs until frothy (about 1 minute). Gradually add the sugar and beat until the batter is thick and light colored (about 3 - 4 minutes). 
  • Add the oil in a steady stream and then beat in the vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and beat just until incorporated. With a large rubber spatula fold in the grated carrots and chopped nuts. Evenly divide the batter between the two prepared pans and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. After about 5 -10 minutes invert the cakes onto the wire rack, remove the pans and parchment paper, and then cool completely before frosting. To assemble: place one cake layer, top side down, onto your serving plate. Spread with about one third of the frosting. Gently place the other cake, top of cake facing down, onto the frosting, and spread the rest of the frosting over the top and sides of the cake. If desired, press toasted and finely chopped nuts on the sides of the cake and decorate the top of the cake with marzipan carrots . Cover and refrigerate any leftovers.
  • Frosting: In bowl of electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the cream cheese and butter, on low speed, just until blended with no lumps. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and beat, on low speed, until fully incorporated and smooth. Beat in the vanilla extract, and lemon zest

apa khabar semua ye? alhamdulillah sehat2 hendaknyalah kan walaupun penat sb baru balik dari Pulau Pangkor tp gagahkan jg wat entry tau. he hee semangat ni selepas mendengar taklimat2 disana . Rindu kalau tak buat enrty lebih 3 hari Ke Pangkor bkn suka2 tp ikut boss ke Seminar, nanti next enrty kita wat ceritanya ye
ok hari ni nak cerita pasal kuih bengkang ubi kayu ni.  Dulu ada tayang versi kuning sb letak gula putih tp kali ni tukar kaler coklat ni sb letak gula merah. Ubi ni dpt masa blk kg ujung cuti sekolah hari tu. Seminggu jglah baru rajin kopek dan parut ubi ni, sebaik masih elok sb tak ada luka2 pada ubi tu. So dptlah buat bengkang ni @ bingka org KL panggil kan. Aduhhh sedap weh layan bengkang ni, sgt2 lembut dan emmm sedaplah.  wat utk sarapan mama pagi minggu he heee 
Masih resepi sama cuma ukuran agak lebih dari hari tu je dan kita tambah sedikit lg santan  resepi dulu DISINI

kuih lapis dwi warna

Agak sibuk sekarang ni kan, tentu semua sedia maklum, utk menjalankan tanggungjawab baru kini. Kepenatan jg sb tu siang dah tak dpt layan lappy, balik umah pula dlm keletihan kena layan anak2 pula. Kalu letak kepala je kat bantal memang terlelap teruslah he heee ok semalam hari ahad baru berkesempatan main masak2...kebetulan  sambil baking kek pisang pastu terus bancuh buat kuih lapis ni. Bolehlah wat utk sarapan. 2 org anak daraku pula tak sehat demam on off je dlm minggu ni, selera makan pun kurang,,,emmm pening fikir nak kasi makan apa dah. 
Sedap jg layan kuih lapis ni , selak selapis-selapis macam budak kecik... ok resepi sama jg masih guna resepi k.ann dan sukatan digandakan shj. boleh tgk disini

semperit @biskut dahlia

assalamualaikum
selamat berhari minggu semua hari ke 5 kita semua berada dalam bulan Ramadhan yg mulia ini alhamdulillah, masih blh berpuasa dgn sempurna tanpa sebarang masalah. 
awal lg ikutkan nak baking biskut2 raya ni kan he hee tp terpaksa buat semperit ni awal sebenarnya sb ada request. nak makan2 dlm bulan puasa bukan utk raya. Tak kisahlah tu kan tuan biskut ni nak wat kudapan . Katanya bila raya tak dan nak kunyah2 biskut lg alhamdulillah rezeki kita terima. Lagipun si kenit kat rumah ni pun duk usha suh buat biskut upin ipin ni he hee bolehlah wat kat dia sekali. Kali ni kita wat ikut resepi lain. Biasa resepi lama yg hanya tepung jagung, sgt2 gebus dan rapuh. Resepi kakak sulongku ini resepi rakan fb kak zu, jadi kita cp dari blog kak zu lah ye. tqqq kak zu

3/4 cawan gula icing 1 cawan tepung gandum, 1 cawan tepung jagung 1 cawan tepun custard 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla ~ tak letak 1 kuning telor ceri merah ~ hiasan
